Charles Haineis a director living in Los Angeles. His short film OBLIVION, NEBRASKA featuring Sterlin Beaumon (later of LOST) has won numerous awards on the film festival circuit and let to work in commercials and indepdent features.

He recently wrapped his third feature as a director of photography, Dracula's Guest, to be distributed by Lion's Gate Entertainment; has photographed PSAs for clients like Anonymous Content; and has shot music videos for The Chapin Sisters, The Willowz, Yo Yo Ma, and Transformer. He has worked with award-winning directors including Greg Whitely (New York Doll), Michael King (Rapping with Shakespeare), Bradley Scott, and many others. His industrial clients include Guess! and Mattel.

As a colorist he has worked on numerous commercials including spots for Ford and Intel for companies such as Boxer Films and 47 pictures in addition to numerous features. He is instructor for advanced cinematography at Los Angeles City College, and is an instructor in advanced cinematography and color grading at Columbia College, Hollywood.
